What’s been happening:

I have been with Gipe Associates, Inc. since 1983 following graduating from PSU. Gipe Associates is a leading MEP consulting engineering firm located in Maryland concentrating on design of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems for a broad range of buildings. As a principal and board member of the firm, I lead the educational group and have been involved in over 300 state of the art educational facilities (K-12 and Higher Ed). I am experienced with interfacing with LEED consultants and use sustainable design techniques on all projects. My focus is on sustainable design, LEED certified buildings, geothermal systems, energy management control systems, etc. Over the years I have developed creative and unique system solutions to satisfy the varying needs of building users and owners. Married with 3 children, I enjoy the outdoors in my spare time.
